Born and raised in Mumbai, I was most recently a Senior Industrial Designer at Samsung Research America’s Think Tank Team in Mountain View, California. I have developed products and experiences in multiple fields inclding aviation, virtual reality, consumer technology, robotics, cosmetics, and non-profit research.
A born tinkerer, my process focuses on uncovering user needs and endlessly iterating through physical and digital prototypes. I enjoy working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions to challenging problems. I love to work at the intersection of design and engineering, and approach projects with a holistic view across different perspectives.
In my spare time, I enjoy photography, baking, crafting, and exploring new places. As an avid reader and watcher of science fiction, I spend a lot of time daydreaming about outer space and pretending I’m an astronaut.
I received a BFA in Industrial and Product Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, USA in 2015, where I was awarded the Ximedica Entrepreneurial Scholarship in 2014 in recognition of my student work. I also received an MS in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Seattle, USA in 2017.
